Ella UK LTD is a team of committed and dedicated individuals, who do ordinary things extraordinary well. We always provide a high quality service, on time every time. We are carers, who care about putting people before profit.
We offer a FREE, friendly and informal meet and greet assessment with no obligation, which can be carried out in the comfort of your own home to determine the support and needs that are required by both the carer and cared for. This will assist both parties to identify what help is required, however small or great, and establish the everyday needs that will help us to help you or a loved one to a better easier and more relaxed lifestyle. Our meet and greet assessment helps us to obtain all the relevant information required, to assist our Care Manager to write up the person centred care plan for your loved one.
We offer a day centre / activities day between 3-5 hours, 10am – 1pm or 12pm – 3pm every Tuesday. This is a great benefit allowing some respite care for the cared for or their partners. There are a variety of activities to try, hot & cold drinks throughout the session & a hot or cold option lunch for all who attend. You will need to book your place the week before, simply call our office on 01695 280028 and a member of our team will secure your place.
All our staff undergo several training courses prior to the employment and various courses are available for them to complete throughout their employment with Ella UK, including NVQ in Health & Social Care. Every staff member that ELLA UK employs is subject to a police DBS check and references before their employment commences.
If there is a service you require that is not on our list, please discuss this on the assessment and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

No task is too small or too large. We will clean & care for your home, as if it was our home. ELLA UK LTD has high standards that each employee adheres to. If you have a specific way of cleaning and you would like us to follow this, please let us know.
If there are certain products you do not want us to use e.g. bleach or aerosols, be sure to mention this and they will not be used around your home.
Washing
ELLA UK LTD offers a variety of laundry services to suit your needs and requirements. Your personal assistant can do any of the following:
Wash your laundry in your own home or take it to a laundrette.
Ironing / pressing
Your personal assistant will provide this service in your own home.
Food items
ELLA UK LTD will do your food shopping at your preferred stores. Simply make a list of items require, give this and your funds to your personal assistant, who will go and collect your items, bring them to your home and help you to put them away, alternatively you can go to the supermarket with your personal assistant feeling reassured they will pack & carry your shopping if needed.
House hold items
Some items are just too big and bulky, for you to manage yourself. Allow your personal assistant, to collect and deliver these items, to your home for you. Certain larger items will require, a home delivery service, which will probably be provided by the store, in which you are making the purchase from.
Personal items:
Clothing, shoes or gifts, why not let your personal assistant, collect these items for you. You can them try them on and view them, in the comfort of your own home, we will return them for you, should they be unsuitable.
If you or a loved one requires a carer to assist in your day to day activities, ELLA UK LTD will assign you a Personal Assistant, to meet your needs / requirements. Your Personal Assistant can also prepare breakfast, lunch and beverages, in the comfort of your own home, for you to enjoy when you are ready for them.
If you do not feel like going to the shops, why not let your personal assistant pay any bills that are due for you, they will return the bill & receipt for your records. No need to stand in a queue, we can also collect your pension/benefits.
Your personal taxi service, we can pick you up at home, take you shopping, collecting pensions or benefits, paying bills, medical appointments, visiting friends and family or even to take a day trip/social outing.
If you or a loved one is struggling too maintain your personal care / bathing, Ella Uk can promote your dignity & well being by providing a conscientious carer to meet your day to day needs & maintain your social interaction.
If you are unable to walk your dog, we can ensure they get the exercise needed.
If you would like a break away but don't want to travel alone, we can arrange for one of our lovely carers to go with you. They will ensure you have a safe, happy & memorable time away.
If your loved ones have had a stay in hospital & feel the need for a little assistance whilst settling back in to the comfort of their own home, we can arrange temporary cover. Also if you are going on holiday & would like peace of mind that your family & loved ones have a few visits, giving you peace of mind all is well whilst your away.
We offer a day centre / activity day, available to anyone in our community. Due to high demand please call us on 01695 280028 to book a place one week in advance.
Availability 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday. We also offer a taster session 1.30-3pm.
Unlimited hot and cold drinks, breakfast option on arrival, dinner and desert around midday, with a bottomless biscuit tin. We offer limited places which enables us to offer our personal touch to every individual attending and to maintain our high standards.
